About Chou Healing
Who Am I
I am Claire-Aude, a fully certified and accredited Energy Healer registered with the School of Intuition and Healing which is based in Cape Town (South Africa) and in London (U.K.), a member of the British Alliance of Healers Associations and adequately insured to practice activities such as “Healing, Meditation, Listening and Feedback Techniques all in connection with a Healing session” – the insurance being devised & arranged by BALENS and underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in accordance with the authority granted.
According to the B.A.H.A.'s Code of Conduct, ‘Healing is the beneficial effect that Healers, in BAHA terms, are believed to have on Clients when, motivated by their own beliefs and following their normal practices, they administer healing through the gently laying-on-of-hands or at a distance by thought or prayer.’
Energy Healing is recognised as an alternative / complimentary therapy, not approved as ‘medical aid’ under the law. However I can practice as a healer in a wide variety of settings (including the NHS).
I can help you reconnect with who you are energetically on different levels – on your body, mind and soul levels and restore your confidence / wellbeing / inner balance.
All of us need, from time to time, to be accompanied to empty, clear, clean, let go what does not serve us anymore, anything we do not need anymore. Trying to do so on our own is not always that easy, that straightforward. Being accompanied for part of your journey, brings relief and a sense of peace. It offers a safe space where to reflect without having to “dig the dirt” again and again and helps you reconnect with who you really are deep inside.

My Healing Sessions
I carry out my Healing Sessions both in-person in London (UK) and in Biarritz (France) and remotely by video usually via Teams or WhatsApp.
Each session lasts for one hour, including a half-an-hour treatment -up to 45 minutes in some specific situations. The debrief after the treatment is also very important as it helps understanding where you are on your Healing Journey. At my practice and online sessions are each charged £ 70 /hour.
Fully grounded and attuned, from my Heart Space, I will connect with your energy and channel Healing Energy, using Ancient Techniques I have been practicing for more than a hundred times during the past 18 months. Certain treatments will start, if it feels appropriate, with a guided visualisation. Taking into account your needs and following my intuition I might use different techniques or same ones for a couple of sessions in a row.
You will be explained the whole process before the first treatment.
These techniques include:

Connecting with your chakras and rebalancing them
Clearing your spine and spreading your energy along your spine and your limbs
Checking your subtle bodies for blockages and cleansing them
Restoring your Energy Boundaries and improving your Energy Levels
Connecting with your organs as this is where your emotions are stored
Clearing your Healing Meridian and your Energy Channel
Spotting any negative energy cords and helping you to cut them
Being aware of current / karmic contracts you no longer need and helping you terminate them
Retrieving parts of your Soul if it feels appropriate
Connecting with your Inner Child
