I liked that in the beginning of the reading we took time to tune in with a short meditation to breathe and ground, I find that is a more unique practice and helpful to begin a session. I found that I could open up a bit and share some of my situation and Claire gave me some interesting analogies and shared some of her life experience as well - I think that is a great way to connect and share wisdom from experience as well. It makes the interaction feel more authentic and human!
