I will guide you through it, providing you with all the steps you will need to fully enjoy it. This short but powerful visualisation is based on colours, following your own respiratory rate. No prior meditation practice is needed.
THEN WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
find a comfortable place and posture allowing you to relax, on a chair / bed / couch
have your phone on silent mode
have a glass of water at hand / within reach
play the audio file and enjoy the visualisation as long and as many times as you want
share with me and your friends what you’ve experienced
